Welcome to TuahFix. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Description

TuahFix is an emergency tire rescue directory and lead generation platform connecting customers who need roadside tire assistance with verified mobile tire service providers and tire shops in South Florida. We do not directly provide tire services — we connect customers with independent service providers.

2. Shop Owner Terms

By registering as a shop on TuahFix, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information including name, address, phone number, and service area
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through the platform
• Maintain valid business licenses and insurance required in your jurisdiction
• Pay lead fees as charged per the current rate schedule ($0.50 per lead for Free tier, $0.75 for Priority, $1.50 for Premium)
• Not engage in fraudulent activity including fake reviews, false availability, or lead manipulation

3. Credits and Payments

All credits purchased on TuahFix are non-refundable. Credits are prepaid and deducted when customers contact you through the platform. Credits do not expire. If your credit balance reaches zero, your shop will be temporarily removed from rescue results until credits are repurchased. Tier activation fees ($20 for Priority, $50 for Premium) are non-refundable once activated.

4. Placement Tiers

Free tier shops are ranked by distance from the customer. Priority tier shops appear in the top 3 results. Premium tier shops hold position 1 and there is one Premium slot per city. If a Premium slot is occupied, it cannot be claimed by another shop until the current holder downgrades or their account is terminated.

5. Customer Terms

Customers using TuahFix to find tire assistance agree that TuahFix is a directory service only. TuahFix is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by shops listed on the platform. All service agreements are solely between the customer and the shop.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use TuahFix to post false information, manipulate search rankings through fraudulent means, harass other users, violate any applicable law, or attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, or harms other users or the platform. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

8. Limitation of Liability

TuahFix is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TuahFix after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify shop owners of material changes via email.
